LOCATION: 1.5 miles south of San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye. The home base for Discovery Expeditions in San Pedro and ALL suites of Exotic Caye's Resort are directly ocean front and are set in a tropical ambiance with 300 feet of pristine white sand beach.

Situated on some of the finest white sand beach that Ambergris Caye has to offer, Exotic Caye Beach Resort's 23 rustic, beachfront condos come complete with ocean facing balconies, air conditioned bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes, living and dining areas, daily housekeeping service, cable TV and WIFI.

We have one, two and three bedroom fully equipped beachfront condos. Each has a queen size bed in the bedroom, full bath, fully equipped kitchenette with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge & stovetop, a living & dining area, ceiling fans throughout, Cable TV, WIFI, A/C and a balcony with an ocean view.

A half mile beachwalk into San Pedro Town guests can enjoy island night life and various shops. On our beachfront property we have a fresh water swimming pool and shaded pool deck, a full service, beachfront restaurant, a private dock with Discover Expeditions Adventure and Tour centre, a beach bar offering live music three times per week, a cafe and a fitness centre that includes tennis courts, an air conditioned fitness center and a large swimming pool with lap lanes as well as a kiddie pool for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
