A snorkel adventure awaits you at Hol Chan Marine Reserve! Depart from San Pedro by boat and head south east to Hol Chan (Maya for “Little Channel”), the first marine reserve established in Central America. Explore the coral reefs as you swim amongst the abundant marine life. Then head to your second snorkel stop, Shark Ray Alley. Friendly reef fish including snappers and jacks dart in and about graceful stingrays and the inquisitive brown nurse sharks for an experience not to be missed. After your personal encounter with the “friendly critters” you will be transferred back to the Town of San Pedro.
